- Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns in the following cases:
- Product Breakage: We do not accept returns for products that are broken after delivery.
- Opened Products: No returns are accepted once the product has been opened or used.
- Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective upon arrival:

- Resolution: We will assess the situation and, if applicable, offer a replacement or refund.
- Refunds
Refunds are issued under the following conditions:
- Eligibility: Refunds are only provided for products that are damaged or defective upon arrival and reported within 48 hours.
- Process: Once your claim is approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Used Products: Perfume bottles that have been opened or used.
- Non-Defective Products: Products without any manufacturing defects or damage upon arrival.
